The Effectiveness of Using Revised Bloom's Taxonomy-Oriented Learning Activities to Improve Students’ Metacognitive Abilities

Learning activities carried out in schools today lack innovative and varied approaches. There are few learning that can help develop students' meta cognitive abilities. Meta abilities important for students to realize their weaknesses strengths studying utilizing materials. This study analyses the effectiveness of developing revised Bloom's taxonomy-oriented improve A quasi-experiment was used as research design, form a posttest which allowed control over design. The subjects this survey were all fourth graders, consisting 132 students. random sampling method select 44 data collection via test. testing instrument 10-item descriptive methods techniques analysis inferential statistical analyses. an independent sample t-test using SPSS. result showed 0.00 < 0.05. meant development based on classification effective improving skills.
